If you were participant in the ThedaCare, Inc. Retirement and 403(b) Savings Plan between August 12, 2014 and November 14, 2024, you could receive a payment and your legal rights will be affected by this class action settlement.

The Court still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement, and that approval is upheld in the event of any appeal.
